I make most items on this store by hand from my studio in London. Please allow on average 3-4 working days for production before I can ship your product.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and requires a signature upon delivery. For that matter, you can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
Every order comes with a tracking number for your peace of mind.
Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
TAXES AND DUTIESAll countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and original package. All shipping cost for returned goods will be your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive at Field of Ponies.

You will find each item’s measurements in its description on the product page. Most of our items comes in a one size fits all. I use a generous men’s medium block to develop our styles.
However, I am happy to produce different sizes upon request. Just drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will make the most to accommodate your needs.
