SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most items on this store are made by hand from our studio in London. Please allow on average 2-5 working days for production before we can ship your products.
Local UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail. International orders are shipped by DPD.
Every order comes with a tracking number for your peace of mind.
Kindly note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
UK: estimate 1-2 working days
EUROPE: estimate 5-7 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: estimate 7-10 working days

TAXES AND DUTIES
Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom may incur custom charges. We cannot predict what these might be so please contact your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier not Field of Ponies. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any delivery fees.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can initiate a return for unworn and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and original package. All shipping costs for returned goods will be your responsibility. It is your responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive at Field of Ponies.
